Account Deletion Policy

Welcome to AI Influencer Generator. We value your control over your personal data. In compliance with the Google Play Store Developer Policy and Apple App Store guidelines, this page outlines the transparent steps to request the deletion of your account and all associated data, what data is permanently deleted, and any data we are legally required to retain.

This policy applies to the AI Influencer Generator mobile application (iOS & Android) and all associated web services operated by **NicheTrafficKit**.

How to Request Deletion

You can initiate an account and data deletion request through any of the following methods:

1. In-App Deletion (Recommended)

The quickest way to delete your account is directly inside the application:

• Open the AI Influencer Generator app on your device.
• Navigate to Settings from your profile dashboard.
• Tap on Account Settings.
• Select Delete Account and confirm your choice.

2. Online Request Form

If you no longer have the app installed, you can use the interactive form at the top of this page. Simply enter the email address linked to your account, check the confirmation box, and submit.

3. Direct Email Support

You can also email our support team at support@aiinfluencergenerator.app. Please send the email from the address registered with your account and specify "Account Deletion Request" in the subject line.

Data Retention & Types

Data Types That Are Permanently Deleted

Upon completion of your deletion request, the following information is permanently purged from our servers and cannot be recovered:

• Account Profile Data: Full name, display name, username, email address, password hashes, and authentication tokens.
• Custom AI Influencers: All generated digital avatars, character profiles, settings, and configurations.
• Generated Creative Assets: Output photos, video segments, scripts, voice audio, and music remixes.
• Usage History & Analytics: Generation history, logs, saved prompts, and application analytics tied to your account.

Data That Is Retained and Why

We do not retain any of your creative, profile, or identity data. However, certain transactional data is kept for strict legal, tax, or security compliance:

• Financial & Transaction Records: Purchase records, invoices, and billing history are retained for up to 7 years to comply with financial accounting laws and tax regulations. Subscription billing details are handled directly by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, and we only retain transactional metadata.
• Security Audits: In order to prevent fraud, spam, or terms of service abuse, certain operational security logs may be temporarily retained for up to 30 days before being purged.

Deletion Timeline

Once a deletion request is initiated via any method:

• Your account is immediately deactivated, suspending your access to premium features and disabling further asset generation.
• A buffer period is initiated to prevent accidental deletions. The complete, permanent purge of all profile and creative assets from our active servers and backups takes place **within 30 days**.
